RETURNS
You have 120 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. The 120-day period begins the day you receive the product.
To start your return, please email us at soporte@alfavitamx.com with your order information, reason for the return, and photos showing the condition of the product.
Estimated response time: under 1 business day.
Our team will provide you with the return shipping address. Do not return your order without receiving this address from us.
The sender address shown on the package is not our facility address. If you send a return without our confirmation, we cannot take responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returns or exchanges.
Returned products must be sent in the same condition they were received — in their original packaging and with the order number included.
If items arrive damaged or in poor condition, we will not issue a refund.
Once the product passes quality control, we’ll process a refund for the returned item. If you requested an exchange, you’ll be able to place a new order for the desired product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items on sale or promotional discounts.
ALFAVITAMX reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, contact us immediately — within 24 hours of delivery — by emailing soporte@alfavitamx.com with your details and a description of the issue.
If we are not notified within 24 hours of delivery, we will not be able to accept a return.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 70 DAYS
Our policy lasts 70 days. If you haven’t received your order within 70 days of purchase, please contact us for a full refund.
CUSTOMS
ALFAVITAMX is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied during shipping.
We ship from the USA, China, and other international locations, so delivery times may depend on customs clearance in your country.

Delays caused by customs are not grounds for cancellations or refunds. Customs times are outside our store’s delivery time control.

Our products are manufactured in China. All designs are registered. Any resemblance to other brands is purely coincidental.
We do not sell branded products, and none of our items contain logos.
