Shipping Policy

Due to the current COVID-19 health situation, we are committed to ensuring maximum safety. As a result, orders may take longer than usual to arrive. Deliveries are carried out following new safety protocols.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours under normal preparation conditions.

Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 20 business days under regular shipping conditions.

In rare cases due to COVID-19, delivery may be delayed up to 35 days.

Customers are responsible for providing correct order details (name, email, and shipping address). If you receive your order confirmation with incorrect or incomplete information, please contact us immediately with your confirmed Order Number and the correct delivery details. If your order has already been prepared and no correction is received, and the package is returned due to delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees and will not be entitled to a cancellation or refund.

Our customer service team typically responds within 24 to 72 hours under regular circumstances. Cases referred to other departments or dependent on shipping provider responses may take 5 to 7 business days to resolve.

Shipping company policies are not under our control. Once your package has been handed over to the courier service, all delivery terms and responsibilities fall under their scope. ALFAVITAMX is not liable for mistakes or omissions made by the shipping carrier. Any delivery issues after dispatch should be resolved directly with the responsible carrier.
